Cultura nordestina: plural, rica e sem caricaturas. Esse é o mote do restaurante da chef Irina Cordeiro, o Cuscuz da Irina. Para representar nossas raízes nordestinas, utilizamos elementos inspirados na riqueza de cores, texturas do tecido de renda, flora e ingredientes típicos da região. Como assinatura, simbolizamos a relação de afeto e ancestralidade que o cuscuz representa: uma refeição que abraça.
Brazilian northeastern culture: plural, rich, without stereotypes. This is the motto of Chef Irina Cordeiro's restaurant, Cuscuz da Irina. To represent the chef's local roots, we used elements inspired by the richness of colors, textures of fabrics, flora, and typical ingredients from the region. As a signature, we symbolized the relationship of affection and ancestry that the cuscuz represents: a meal that embraces.
